Sean has been working in the substance abuse and mental health fields for over 10 years and has an extensive history of working with individuals, couples and families. No issue or problem is too big or too small to work on and the overall goal will always be wholeness and happiness.
Client centered therapy’s goal is to allow the client to choose specific plans and objectives for treatment. A central component is that the client already has the answer to their issue and a therapist’s job is to help guide the client find this answer or solution.
